On the whole our experience was very good. The marina and personnel were excellent. We did have two minor issues. One, we had pre-ordered 4 paddle boards and 2 of them were completely flat and unusable. They did replace one and they also refunded our money plus a little more for the second, but it was a bummer not having the fourth board. Another thing we didn’t know was that the waters were full of jellyfish and jellyfish pieces. Everyone in our party was stung at least once. Not a huge deal and of course the renter has no control over this, but it was a surprise. We would definitely rent from this charter again.

The base in Phuket is excellent with a good restaurant and showers on site.. Location is easy access to the airport and taxis are readily available. The staff were very helpful and gave good advice on cruising locations. The Island spirit 380 that we chartered was quite tired for a 2017 boat that had some niggling issues. Having chartered a 2017 boat one would have expected everything to be prefect on board. However these issues were addressed as best as possible by the charter company. There are supermarkets within easy reach for stocking the boat before departure. Water rationing can be an issue as the only island to refill your water tanks is Phi Phi. Overall the east coast of Phuket is a fantastic cruising area and all the islands are within easy reach which made for a very enjoyable holiday. We would highly recommend it for a bareboat charter holiday but maybe go in Nov- Dec when the temperature is a little cooler. We went in April and had over 40C most days which was very hot !

We hired a local skipper who was fantastic at providing us with a tailored sail using his extensive knowledge to visit some less commercial spots during our 8 day sail. The snorkelling, sunsets and local food was excellent as he ferried us to lovely destinations in the dinghy. By the second day we were referring Melinda Jane as “Home” Thanks for a memorable holiday

Charter was great in all aspects. communication with charter company was great. Check in process fast and efficient, logistics were well organized (pick up from hotel, transfer of luggage to boat etc.). The boat (lagoon 45 sport top) was in perfect condition and very well kept, Dinghy had excellent outboard motor and large tank, very good local pilot book. Check out was fast and efficient too, All in all one of the best charters I've had.

From start to finish this was an outstanding experience. Checkout and return was at charter company base on the north end of the island and I had the boat for five days. It was a quick trip considering we island hopped and stayed at different locations every night, but everyone loved it. I'd definitely recommend renting longer and taking your time at just a few islands, but the Mahe 36 catamaran was perfect for 5 people and would be ideal for three couples. This was an extremely last minute booking, but Grace and the charter company were extremely responsive and quick to help make this amazing trip happen. Thanks guys!

Tout est très bien organisé, l’équipe à bord Lon le Capitaine, Christina la cuisinière et Keeta le matelot ont été superbe avec nous. Toujours souriant et agréable tout en étant discret. Vraiment ce fut une expérience magique, le bateau était propre et confortable, les repas délicieux.
