    Perfect cruising location, ideally invest in a good pilotage book to explore the Northern Sardinia and South Corsica properly, don’t miss Isla Cavallo and Lavazzi! The boat in good condition, needs a little love but all essential services were very good, the maintenance team helped out with the anchor issue before departure. The swimming platform latch was faulty and gave way when we were taking mooring, should be fixed now. Overall great place to start a cruise and very friendly marina and charter base crew!

Ostia

La città di Ostia è il porto della città di Roma, alla foce del fiume Tevere. Prima colonia romanda fondata del VII secolo a.c, si sviluppò molto nell'epoca imperiale e divenne centro commerciale e portuale. Se partite per una crociera lungo il Lazio, Ostia è sicuramente un luogo da visitare. Sono numerose le rovine e i siti archeologici da visitare, come i resti del Capitolium nella piazza del Foro. Da non mancare anche il centro della moderna Ostia Antica dove troverete il castello di Giulio II, il borgo medievale e la chiesa di Sant Aurea.
